If you can get dinner on your table in less than 20 minutes, that’s all I could ask for. It’s a fact that I often eat cereal for dinner because I am too tired to prepare a meal after work. Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Pine nuts, two tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro leaves chopped into two tablespoons
  • Butter, two tablespoons
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime

Instructions

  • Combine rice, pinenuts, cilantro, lime juice, and butter in a large mixing bowl.
  • Serve immediately
